Various fixes

• fix: sort files properly upon first submission
• fix title level in selector
• fix: remove files -> info_pdfstruct not always present
• modification: add icon per file to sidebar; move buttons "valider", "signaler" to the bottom
• depot: small change in submission msg
• merge: re-enable checkboxes temporarily
