Issue updates

Fixed issues :

• Removed one table
• Removed expert mode created new page for Match table
• Changed column size_MB's precision to two decimals
• First filter replaced by a multiselect that applies to submission table and the two graphs
• Every time cache is cleared, app fetches the logs that are more recent than the last refresh date
